In terms of technical team formation, at present, the Chinese Football Association has completed the first stage of recruitment and interview for the technical team of U15 national youth team, and three groups of men’s 08-age regional technical team candidates have been identified (each group consists of one head coach and two assistant coaches). According to the idea of “building a team system of multi-team competition and overall promotion”, since September this year, relying on the high-level reserve talent base, three large district teams of the 2008 age group will be formally established (30 in each regional team). At the same time, regional technical teams and selection experts continuously track 6-8 youth training work and carry out better clubs (such as Shandong Taishan, Zhejiang, etc.) to ensure that at least 10 players are kept in each position, form a competitive and cooperative selection mechanism.
