According to previous media reports, Manchester City was interested in West Ham midfield paquetta and discussed the deal of 70 million pounds transfer fee with West Ham.
Romano pointed out that the cancellation money clause of 85 million pounds in the paquetta contract will not be valid until June 2024. The players hope to join Manchester City, but West Ham has no intention to accept the 70 million pound offer.
